Policies for monthly subscriptions are as follows:

Cancellation: You will be able to cancel your subscription at any time on the website. Please keep in mind that if you cancel you will not be able to re-subscribe for 90 days.

Refunds: Subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please understand that subscriptions are designed for clients who are utilizing our services on a consistent basis. Services included in the subscription MUST be redeemed during that month. There will be no roll overs.

Renewals: Please understand that your subscription will continue to draft monthly until you cancel. Cancellations can be made at any time.

Fills: Only one type of fill will be serviced during the subscription, there will be no upgrades. For example, if you normally get a hybrid fill, you will only be able to get hybrid fills during your subscription and you will not be able to upgrade to a volume fill.
