WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DOES CHARMING AESTHETICS ACCEPT?

We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. AfterPay will be coming soon ! (Tap services available)

HOW DO I RESCHEDULE/CANEL MY APPOINTMENT?

You must create an account in order to manage your appointments. By doing so you can manage appointments, check any order status(s), and engage in forums and blogs.  

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY AT CHARMING AESTHETICS?

  • Deposits: Are Non-Refundable/Non-Transferable 

  • Rescheduling/Cancellation: If you need to reschedule/cancel your appointment, this must be done on the site. (If this feature is unavailable to you, you must create an account in order to manage your appts) This can be done via "My Account" tab.

    • 48+ Hours: Your deposit will only be transferred one time before requiring a new deposit. No exceptions.

    • 24-48 hours: Your initial deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book a new appt. 

    • Less than 24 hours: Your initial deposit will be forfeited and 50% of your service will be charged to your card on file. (Whichever is greater)

    • NO CALL/SHOW - Unacceptable and first offense will result in 100% of service being charged to the card on file and you will no longer be able to book appointments with Charming Aesthetics. 

LATE ARRIVALS: Communication is key so please text me if your will be late! I will allow a 10 min grace period. If you are more than10 minutes late your appointment it will be my discretion whether we continue or cancel your session. In the event of a cancellation your deposit will be forfeited.

Note: If I am still able to service you, please note that this will cut into your session time and full payment is still required. 

By booking with Charming Aesthetics, you understand and agree to these policies. 

WHAT IF I WANT MULTIPLE SERVICES AT ONCE?

When booking, once you have selected your service, there will be an option to add the service to the cart.

Please make sure that the time slots are selected in according to length of service and the earliest available. 

You will then "check out" for all services selected.
